Fortnite for Android available on Samsung devices and other premium flagships

Does your Android have the minimum system required for Fortnite beta?


Fortnite the favorite PC game trending in various gaming platforms now had early revealed their intentions to make an Android version. Fortnite had a money issue stating that the game will not be available on Google Play store because of low loyalties that Google pays developers.  Fortnite has over 125 million players in all platforms according to the last count which makes its entry in Android more exciting to Fortnite lovers.

Fortnite was rumored to first feature in the Samsung Galaxy Note 9, and sure it’s coming to the device. More so apart from the Galaxy Note 9, Fortnite is also coming to the recent Samsung devices including  Samsung Galaxy Tab S4, Samsung Galaxy S9/S9 Plus, Samsung Galaxy S8/ S8 Plus, Galaxy S7/ S7 edge, Galaxy Note 8 and also the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3.

The app will be available on the Samsung’s Game Launcher app and also the official Fortnite website. Preordering of the Galaxy Note 9 will make you viable to receive Fortnite for Android with the Fortnite Galaxy Skin plus 15,000V-bucks more so you can get the noise canceling AKG headphones by adding an extra $99.

Fortnite beta for Android will also be available on many other devices. Check below if your device is compatible. More so basically if your device is not listed, Fortnite states that the game might still work as long as your Android device has the minimum system requirements.

Fortnite beta Android System Requirements

  • 3GB of RAM or higher
  • 64-bit Android version 5.0 or higher
  • GPU: Adreno 530 or higher, Mali-G71 MP20 or also the Mali-G72 MP12 or higher
  • The device should also not be rooted for now until Fortnite finds effective anti-cheat solutions for the game.
