Apple has had a good year so far with the launch of the iPhone8/8 Plus red edition until lately to the 9.7 inches 2018 iPad edition. It’s the only Apple device I’ve seen so far cheap; however cheap according to Apple standards implies otherwise qualitatively.

However, the iPad also has compass, gyroscope and the touch ID sensor as usual with Apple Inc.
The device comes at variable prices though cheaper for students and also schools($299). But it’s no big difference anyway only $30 ..not much.
